This website, www.vyorena.com(the “Site”), is operated by MGLOBEX LLC, a company registered in the United States with its registered office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 13494, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States. Throughout the Site, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “VYORÉNA” refer to MGLOBEX LLC. “You” refers to the user or customer.
By visiting the Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You agree not to use our products or the Site for any unlawful purpose.
2. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but we do not warrant that all content is error-free. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time.
Our products, including VYORÉNA SCULPT™, are cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
3. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Some products are offered on a subscription basis. We offer a range of subscription products and plans, and the specific terms — including the product, the price, and the billing interval — depend on the offer you select. By purchasing a subscription product, you expressly authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the plan you select, until you cancel. The following terms apply:
Plan, price, and frequency. The product, the price per delivery, and the billing frequency of your subscription are shown on the product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase, and are confirmed in your order confirmation. Your subscription continues at the price and interval shown for your chosen plan, plus any applicable taxes and shipping, until cancelled.
Introductory and promotional offers. Some subscriptions may be offered at an introductory or promotional price for the first delivery or an initial period. Where this applies, the introductory price, the standard price that applies afterwards, and the date regular billing begins are shown at checkout before you purchase. Unless you cancel beforehand, your subscription will automatically continue at the standard price and interval for your plan.
Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for successive periods, at the price and interval applicable to your plan, until you cancel.
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, with no fee, from your customer account or by emailing vyorena.official@gmail.com. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation applies to future renewals.
Statement descriptor. Recurring charges will appear on your bank or card statement as VYORÉNA.
Price changes. We will notify you by email before any change to your subscription price takes effect.
Refunds. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction. Payment card information is processed securely by our payment processor and is encrypted in transit.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, product names, videos, designs, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to MGLOBEX LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
The VYORÉNA name, VYORÉNA SCULPT™ name, logos, product images, and branding may not be used without our prior written authorisation.
6. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Individual results from using VYORÉNA SCULPT™ may vary. We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve the same results.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MGLOBEX LLC, VYORÉNA, and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, and service providers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the applicable laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in your country of residence, including applicable consumer rights available to customers located in the United Kingdom.
